Each plan includes a fair-use cap on active learners (viewed content, completed a page, or submitted an assessment in the last 30 days). Refer other providers on monthly plans and earn $10/month off your bill per active referral (up to your plan price). Most providers choose Growth once they need AI, subdomain branding, and final assessments.

No. trainSME is built for educators and operators—not engineers. You can author, publish, and track learning without writing code.
Yes. Public paid courses use Stripe Checkout on your connected account; private cohorts are handled in trainSME and invoiced per your plan—Growth and Pro support the workflows providers typically need.
Eligible new accounts get a 14-day free trial to explore the platform—including AI authoring where your plan allows—before you commit to a paid tier.
Each plan includes a fair-use cap on active learners—distinct learners who viewed content, completed a page, or submitted an assessment in the last 30 days. When you reach your cap, new enrolments are paused until you upgrade or activity drops. There is no per-enrolment platform fee. See our Terms of Service.
Complete Stripe Connect for your school. You’re the seller for public checkouts—trainSME does not take a percentage of your course sales. You pay Stripe’s card processing fees. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
On any monthly plan, send invitations from your school dashboard or share your referral link. When a referred provider becomes a paying customer after their trial, you earn $10/month off your subscription for each active referral—capped at your plan price (up to $40 on Basic, $90 on Growth, $140 on Pro). Annual plans are not eligible.
